We will only reserve a puppy after a down payment has been recieved! We can't guarantee color and sex preferences on upcoming litters .Color and sex preferences will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.In the event we dont have your preference when litter is born you have a choice to pick another available puppy from the same litter or be first in line on the next litter to recieve your preference. In the event something unfortunate happens and either you ar not able to get your pup or for some reason there are not enough pups born to fullfill demand, your deposit will rollover to the next litter and which will not exceed a year.
Down payments are non refundable !
Remaining balance of is due in cash in person within 7 days after positive notification of your puppy is ready for pickup .You deposit will be kepts as a relisting fee unless additional time is granted to you.We dont refund any monies because you changed your mind!

Health Guarantee
The breeder guarantees the puppy to be in good health, to the best of his/her knowledge at the time of sale. To keep this guarantee valid, the puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of receipt of the puppy. If the veterinarian finds the puppy unhealthy, unfit, or unsound in any way, the puppy must be returned to the breeder within 48 hours of purchase, accompanied by a certificate or statement from the vet explaining the problem or condition. The breeder assumes no responsibility for charges incurred by the buyer for this service. The breeder will either give the buyer a replacement puppy of equal value when one is available or refund the purchase price upon the return of the puppy, at the breeder's discretion. Buyer agrees that the breeder would never knowingly sell a sick puppy and could not have been aware of any illness or defects and will not be held responsible for such. If a puppy is found to have a health problem at its initial veterinary visit and buyer opts to treat this puppy instead of exchanging it for another puppy or getting the refund, the breeder will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred or for the death of the puppy, and no refunds or replacements will be made.
The breeder assumes that good and reasonable care will be provided to the puppy by the buyer. Premium dog food ,fresh water given daily,quality shelter,appropriate exersize ,kept up to date on dewormings,vaccinations and vetenarian exams etc If the puppy dies within 12 months from time of purchase and it is agreeable to both buyers' vet and breeder's vet that the death is because of a hereditary defect, the breeder will replace the puppy when a replacement puppy is available. This will only happen after an autopsy is performed on the puppy and the breeder's vet agrees with the findings. The autopsy must be preformed within 72 hours of the death of the puppy. This will be done at the buyer's expense. A copy of the autopsy report and a copy of any tests or treatments performed on the puppy by the buyer's vet must be supplied within 72 hours of the puppy's death or as soon as it becomes available. In the event that the puppy's death is the result of abuse or negligent treatment, this guarantee will not apply and the breeder will not replace the puppy.
Common parasites,Common viruses fleas, ticks, worms, coccidia,parvo,kennel cough coronavirus,distemper,mange etc. are not cause for replacement as they are not genetic problems. The breeder does not guarantee that this is a show puppy, suitable for breeding nor does the breeder guarantee the size and color of this puppy. No money shall be refunded and the breeder shall not be held responsible for any veterinarian bills. If purchaser chooses to have the puppy's ear cropped, the breeder will not be responsible if the ears do not stand. The breeder will not give refunds or be responsible for any damages caused by the puppy due to house training issues. The breeder is not liable for any injury to the puppy after the buyer has taken ownership of the puppy.
The breeder strongly recommends that the buyer attend obedience classes with the puppy and provide proper socialization opportunities for the puppy. The breeder shall not be held responsible for acts of the puppy which are due to buyer negligence. Should the puppy exhibit aggressive behavior which the buyer deems intolerable and irreversible within 12 months of purchase, the buyer may apply to the breeder for a replacement puppy.. The buyer must provide the breeder with proof that the puppy had been sufficiently socialized, attended structured obedience classes and that other structured training methods have been attempted with no results. Upon receipt of such proof, evaluations of the puppy will be scheduled with three recognized trainers: one to be chosen by the buyer, one to be chosen by the breeder and one to be chosen jointly. The cost of these evaluations will be paid for by the buyer. Should two out of the three evaluations state that the puppy is indeed aggressive; the puppy is to be returned to the breeder for replacement.
The puppy packs that are given freely to the buyer by the breeder consist of sample bags of food, dog treats and dog toys. The breeder is not responsible for injury or illness from the products within the puppy packs.
If all and every one of the conditions is not met by the buyer, the breeder will not be responsible to replace the puppy or . The buyer has read the preceding terms and agrees to abide by all of them by signing this contract. They understand that under no circumstances will the breeder be responsible for veterinarian bills and no cash refunds will be given by the breeder after 72 hours except under the above mentioned circumstances.Seller is not responsible for any shipping fees and equal value replacement puppies are only given when available.
Violation of this agreement will result in all guarantees being Null and Void
